 "Because We're Better Together"

Michael Young, President

Michael founded A.E.Y. Enterprises in 1989. He has seen and done almost everything there is in the construction business...and continues to mold and grow AEY into a leader in customer satisfaction.

Michael is a lifelong resident of Macedon who, along with his wife and family, enjoys giving back to the community and its many local causes and events.

Tammy arrived at A.E.Y. in November 2011 as the Director of Finance. A Macedon resident since 2006, she grew up in nearby Palmyra and worked in the healthcare and retail industries before coming to AEY.

Tammy earned an Associate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She not only oversees the day-to-day financial operation of AEY, but also the Human Resources function of the company. Her title changed to Controller in 2015.

In her leisure time, Tammy enjoys being with her family and she's a Pal-Mac wrestling fan.

Don came to AEY in the summer of 2010 to head-up the newly formed Engineering division. This addition of this division makes AEY a true one-stop shop for construction projects.

Don earned a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from R.I.T. and is a licensed professional engineer with the University of the State of New York Education Department.

Before joining AEY, Don worked for two larger engineering firms for more than fifteen years.

He lives in Marion with his wife Kim, son Simon and daughter Emma and enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and "anything outside."
